"America 250" Patriot Garden
at The Sutton Ditz Museum



​Celebrate
"America 250"
with an
Engraved Brick!
​~ In celebration of
"America 250"
T​he CCHS &The CCCDAR
collaborated to create an
"America 250"
Patriot Memorial Garden
in the side yard at the
Sutton~Ditz Museum.
The curved triangular garden features symbolic perennials such as "rockets", "flags",
"forget me nots" etc.,
an armillary sundial,
a bronze DAR plaque
honoring our Revolutionary War Patriots, and a curved brick path edged with "soldier bricks" engraved with US Patriot names, memorial bricks of deceased DAR members & bricks in honor of someone special.
A curved concrete bench
faces the garden for
rest and reflection.

Are you a descendant of a Revolutionary War Patriot?
Or, you can honor a present,
past or deceased US Patriot or DAR Member. .
Your name can be engraved
on the brick, along with your Patriot's name.
​
Engraved bricks are $50. each
